Warranty Policy:

Our warranty covers any defect or malfunction resulting from the build process and failure under normal usage. The warranty includes but is not limited to: non-registering buttons or smart modifications, stick drift, remapping issues, and/or D.O.A’s. Warranties regarding mic and charging port issues caused by physical damage are case by case basis.

In the event of your controller being faulty or giving problems within the first 7 days MAD Controllers will cover all shipping costs.

 3 Month Warranty (Free)

12 Month Warranty (R400)

18 Month Warranty (R600)

Basic 3 Month Warranty (Free) includes:

If your MAD Pro controller breaks or becomes faulty within 3 months, we will repair it.

If your MAD Pro controller has any hardware defects we will repair your controller. This includes all hardware modifications performed by MAD Controllers

Covered by this warranty is Analog drifting, unresponsive buttons, charging issues.

*Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

12 Month Warranty (R300)

If your MAD Pro controller breaks or becomes faulty within 12 months, we will repair it.

If your MAD Pro controller has any hardware defects we will repair your controller. This includes all hardware modifications performed by MAD Controllers

Covered by this warranty is analog drifting, unresponsive buttons, charging issues.

18 Month Warranty (R500)

If your MAD Pro controller breaks or becomes faulty within 18 months, we will repair it.

If your MAD Pro controller has any hardware defects we will repair your controller. This includes all hardware modifications performed by MAD Controllers

Covered by this warranty is analog drifting, unresponsive buttons, charging issues.

WARRANTY VOIDS/EXCLUSION?

This Warranty will be voided and will not be applicable if a defect has occurred due to:

  • Issues caused by external heat, moisture, and/or physical damage.
  • Charging the controller with a power cord that exceeds the rated tolerance for the controller.
  • Any evidence of any tampering including, an attempt by you or a third party to open, dismantle, customize, or modify the MAD Pro Controller.
  • Damage to, or unreasonable use of the controller.
  • Commercial use of the controller.
  • Controllers that have experienced excessive force.

RETURNS / WARRANTY REPAIRS

If your MAD PRO Controller becomes faulty within your selected warranty period, you can send it in for repair. Repairs takes 5-7 days. If for any reason we can’t repair your controller, we will replace it. If your warranty has expired or your warranty is voided, you are liable for all repair cost.
