We accept EFT/Direct deposit to our bank and also credit card via Payfast
We also accept cash on collection if you dropped of your controller for repair
Return shipping depends on your shipping optiopn you chose on the day you booked your repair.
1. PLACE AN ORDER
Select the service you require and place your repair order on our website.
2. DELIVER YOUR CONTROLLER
You can either deliver your controller to us yourself or send it in to us via any courier service or Postnet. If you decide to ship your controller to us please to package it safely and include your reference number with it.
3. WE REPAIR AND TEST
Once we receive your controller we will repair it and test it to ensure it works perfect before we send it back or contact you to collect it
4. COLLECT OR WE DELIVER
After it has been repaired, tested and paid for we will notify you via email and text message to your mobile that it is ready to be collected or simply deliver back it to you via tracked courier service.
All our repairs carry a 1 month warranty from the day the initial repair was completed. Warranty repairs excludes physical damage, user abuse, liquid damage. Analog stick repair only have a 14 day warranty.
